Goes on soft and gentle so no pulling on the delicate skin around the eyes

I bought the brown as it gives me a barely made up look - you can always deepen in the corners for more definition. Given 4 not 5 stars as doesn’t hold as long as I would like BUT it has been exceptionally hot and humid so probably expecting far too much!

Worth the Wait

I was getting nervous about the long wait for shipping time, and saw it was in customs so initially thought I was duped by another China company, but upon further inquiries it appears to be a UK cosmetics company. The eyeliner is great, I've had problems with my prior favorite brands not lasting or looking too heavy on my aging eyes. Rumi eyeliner has been lasting, applies easily without pulling on eyelids, and doesn't look heavy. I'm sold on Rumi now. Just be sure to allow 2 weeks for your product to arrive if you live in US.
